Join Ali Fitzpatrick and Vanessa Weseman for a Breathwork and Sound Experience on Wednesday, January 31st at Lake Harriet Spiritual Center!
This will be a somatic experience where we will intentionally move out of our heads and root deeply into our bodies.
Breathwork and Sound Healing both provide an opportunity for people to explore their inner worlds and dive into their infinite somatic experience.
Breathing and Sound are both powerful forces on their own and we’re combining the two to offer an experience like none before breathing in the divine energy all around.
