ABOUT THE CLASS
Join Ali Fitzpatrick and Vanessa Weseman for a Breathwork and Sound Experience on Wednesday, April 3rd at Lake Harriet Spiritual Center!
This will be a somatic experience where we will intentionally move out of our heads and root deeply into our bodies.
Breathwork and Sound Healing both provide an opportunity for people to explore their inner worlds and dive into their infinite somatic experience.
This will be one of our special offerings as we explore through the lens of Astrology, the interconnection between our personal deepest core wounds and the dwarf planet of Chiron.
In astrology, Chiron is known as the "wounded healer" and is considered to represent our deepest emotional and spiritual wounds. It is associated with the archetype of the "healer" or "shaman" and represents our ability to transform pain and suffering into healing and growth.
We will first be exploring these in a group setting to then help you identify different themes to explore individually during our breath work and sound bath session.
You will need your time of birth, place of birth and birth date emailed prior to our time together so that we can make sure to have accurate information to offer you.
We will close with a group integration where individual coaching and integration will be offered to help all of us root more deeply into the experience and being this into all aspects of life.
Breathing and Sound are both powerful forces on their own and we’re combining the two to offer an experience like none before breathing in the divine energy all around.
