This will be a somatic experience where we will intentionally move out of our heads and root deeply into our bodies.

Breathwork and Sound Healing both provide an opportunity for people to explore their inner worlds and dive into their infinite somatic experience.

This will be one of our special offerings as we explore through the lens of Astrology, the interconnection between our personal deepest core wounds and the dwarf planet of Chiron.

In astrology, Chiron is known as the "wounded healer" and is considered to represent our deepest emotional and spiritual wounds. It is associated with the archetype of the "healer" or "shaman" and represents our ability to transform pain and suffering into healing and growth.

We will first be exploring these in a group setting to then help you identify different themes to explore individually during our breath work and sound bath session.
